What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stocked standard items can start from a single carton. Custom sizes or printed packaging typically require an MOQ of 30,000–100,000 pieces depending on tooling and material. Tell us your item and volume and we will confirm quickly.
Are your packaging products FDA and EU food-contact compliant?
Yes. Our PP, PET and rPET products are produced from food-contact grade resin and comply with FDA regulations and EU Regulation 10/2011. SGS test reports and material declarations are provided on request.
Can you make custom sizes, colors and print our logo?
Absolutely. We build custom molds, match Pantone colors, emboss logos and offer up to 8-color offset/IML printing. Send us a drawing, sample or reference and our engineering team will propose tooling.
Do you offer recycled or eco-friendly materials?
Yes — rPET with post-consumer recycled content is available across clamshells, salad bowls and cups, with GRS-aligned documentation. PP items are widely recyclable in curbside programs.
How long is production and shipping to the United States?
Stock items ship within days; custom production generally takes 15–30 days after proof approval, plus ocean transit. We support FOB, CIF and door-to-door arrangements and handle export documentation.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We recommend fit and seal testing on your filling/sealing lines first. Standard samples are free; you only cover courier cost. Custom samples follow tooling confirmation.
